BOOKING POLICY

DEPOSIT

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. The rest of the treatment cost will be due after your service.

LATE POLICY

If you are 10 minutes late, a $10 fee will be added to your service. After that grace period, your appointment will be considered a NO SHOW and your deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Last minute cancellations within those 48 hours will cause your 20% deposit to be forfeited. You may cancel or reschedule using the links provided in your booking confirmation email. If you need to make a cancellation due to sickness or an emergency within the 48 hours, you can text us at (858)752-4131.
